Executive Meeting
Flag officers and board members must attend this important meeting.
All members are welcome at our monthly executive meeting. Join us and share your ideas and vision for the club. Please register your attendance and join us at the Wicklow.
Agenda:
- New member review, approval
- English Bay Scramble
- Banking. paypal is connected with the CIBC account, and has old executive home phone numbers. In order to change the bank details in paypal, coordination with the member who owns the phone number will be required.
- Google docs and @tiddlycove.bc.ca email. The non-profit account for google doc's is set up. All club digital assets (files) can and should be consolidated and saved to google drive.
- There are executive email addresses created for club use. An executive emailing list will be created, to simplify the 'reply all' email threads
- Membership cards. just need to confirm they'll have Achilles's name
