TCYC Annual General Meeting

Please join us for our Annual General Meeting.

This is your opportunity to hear what the executive has been up to and present your ideas for the future (although we welcome your input at any time)  We need your help and direction to run the club!   We need to have at least 2/3 of Club members to form a quorum so be there!

• The club needs nominations for some flag officer and executive positions.  Please put your name forward and help your club. 
  
  
• We even have openings for Directors at large - a chance to be involved without a specific work commitment.
  
  
• We need your trophies back.  Please bring them to the meeting.
  
  
• To vote you must be a member in good standing.  If you haven't paid your renewal please log into your account and do it today.
  
  
• Please sign and bring to AGM the waiver document or email it to: fleetcaptaintcyc@gmail.com.
