Dinner Menu, choose from:

• Lamb Shank.  Tender braised lamb shank served with roast garlic mashed potatoes and season vegetables.
• Bruschetta Chicken.  Free run chicken breast stuffed with cherry tomoatoe burschetta, spinach and grado padano cheese served with roasted yam and spinach risotto, and seasonal vegetables.
• Seared Cilantro Salmon. Pan seared sockeye salmon topped with a pumkin seed and cilantro pesto served with wild rice and seasonal vegetables
• Special dietary needs by request.

Dessert Menu, choose form:

• Flourless Torte. Gluten free chocolate torte served with wild berry coulees, ice cream and candied pecans.
• Baileys Creme Brule
